We have used other “Big Named” companies in the past, even with listing our last home. We found that they didn’t work for us, we worked for them. With the 6% commission they required to tack on top of our listing, we had to list it well over market value. After our listing ended we decided to do a “for sale by owner” but then chose to list it with Nicole Miller with Small Fee Realty. With her concept of selling we were able to list it with her and still try to sell it ourselves. This leaves all options open. Within 2 weeks of listing it with her we had an offer from a couple who saw it on a social media we posted it on. She was great at representing us as well as our buyers confidentially and professionally. She helped all of us with the step by step process at closing. The best thing is that she saved us literally thousands of dollars at closing. We lived in our home for only 3 years and it is unheard of to actually get money back in less then 5 years. Her first priority was to sell our home and worry about herself last. We are also using her to buy our next home. She always has a smile and no matter what, is willing to help out. We have seen this woman go above and beyond what others have to help us with our needs. Very good at responding to phone calls if unable to answer right away. We have NEVER felt like we were unimportant. We highly recommend anyone to call her first, it will not be a waste of time nor money.
