We called Small Fee when our neighbor’s house sold in one day. We’d already been through the ringer with our last flip (and ended up having to rent it out) due to a lackluster realtor. This time, we wanted a go-getter. Tiera was definitely that! As we wrapped up our remodel she let us know what people want in this area, and was encouraging throughout the delays that have been occurring more and more these days (cabinets, counters, flooring shortages, you name it). In the end we got fantastic MLS coverage, along with incredible photos Tiera painstakingly took herself, being careful to notice and remove the errant box or trash can. Net result: you can add us to the Sold In One Day column, even though it’s August! We’re looking forward to teaming up with Tiera when the rental ends on our other house next year. As for the low fee? Well that’s some fantastic icing on the cake.
