As Buyers begin to call, we will forward those leads to you, and give you the opportunity to show your home and avoid paying that dreaded Buyer’s Agent’s Commission. The good news is that your Small Fee Realty agent will work with you and the Buyer to write and review contracts, act as the mediator for negotiations, and handle all other aspects of the selling process. Because your Buyer is not working with another agent, you don’t have to pay the Buyer’s Agent’s Commission, which saves you THOUSANDS! Some Sellers don’t wish to show their own homes; Therefore, a Buyer’s Agent’s fee will be applicable at closing. Even when paying the Buyer’s Agent’s Commission, most of our Sellers still save about 50% when compared to the amount they would have paid through a traditional Realtor.
