What is the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?
The MLS is an extensive database of information on real estate properties listed by Realtors.
When a buyer contacts a Realtor regarding a home purchase, the agent will search the MLS for properties meeting their criteria. By listing your home in the MLS - agents will show your property because you promise to pay a commission at closing to the agent that brings you a qualified buyer

Yes. At the end of the first 6 month time period we can renew your listing for a nominal charge.

Why will Real Estate Agents Show my Property?
Real Estate agents use the MLS system to locate properties that match their buyer’s criteria. When an agent matches their buyer’s criteria to your property, they will see that there is a commission payable for the sale of your property. This commission will be the motivation for the real estate agent to direct their buyers to your property.

Your property will be listed on various independent web sites including the largest www.Realtor.com. The MLS Listing will be available within minutes of our entry. It usually takes 3-7 days for your listing to appear on all the public web sites.

What if I locate a buyer for my property on my own?
Or Can I sell my home myself? Yes! Unlike traditional real estate you do reserve the right to show and sell your property yourself - if you sell your home yourself without the help of a Realtor you pay NO COMMISSION!

Your contact information is provided in the MLS information available to Realtors. The listing is notated as an open listing with the owner being the primary contact.

MLS listings are allowed up to 8 photo's of your property. We include 1 with our listing package.
